Chair Yoga with Poppy

Four years ago, I introduced chair yoga classes, driven by a deep conviction that this practice could be a game-changer for many of my clients facing mobility and health challenges.

What surprised me was not only the soaring attendance but the incredible diversity in both age and backgrounds among the participants, spanning from their forties to their seventies. As these classes blossomed, I was humbled by the heartfelt testimonials pouring in. My clients shared how chair yoga had rekindled their love for yoga, sparing them the physical strain of constant up-and-down movements and allowing them to enjoy the practice more fully.

I tailored my chair yoga classes to accommodate a diverse range of age groups, recognizing the unique needs of each attendee. As a dedicated yoga teacher, I embrace adaptable teaching methods, allowing me to respond effectively to any situation. My profound understanding of muscle physiology empowers me to optimize the benefits for my students.

Subsequently, my chair yoga classes not only flourished in terms of participants but also expanded to include private sessions, demonstrating their growing popularity.
