Poppy Sewell is a very special teacher who instructs and nurtures her students. Under her tuition, I have increased in self-awareness, confidence and well-being. She has taught me that the practice of yoga is an holistic experience: the fusion of body, breath and mind. Her knowledge, kindness and encouragement have ensured that her yoga sessions are very much looked forward to, enjoyed and of huge benefit.

Poppy’s knowledge and teaching methods are excellent!

I joined Poppy’s class in May 2021 at the end of COVID lockdowns, and I was a yoga sceptic. Poppy is a fabulous teacher and during my time with her, my flexibility, stamina and strength has increased so much. I never thought I’d be able to hold a tree pose or walk up from a downward dog but thanks to Poppy I am now able to do both of these and much more. Her knowledge and teaching methods are excellent and I cannot recommend her classes enough.

“Poppy has taught me Hatha Yoga after I arrived after having a 2nd hip replacement, I had very little movement and desperately needed help to get my mind and body back to normal. She has proven to be intelligent and polite, also has been willing to help in anyway. Taking time to ensure that I understood the reasoning behind Yoga, mindfulness and participation with exercise. Always cheerful and dependable to my needs, making sure that I put in the hard work necessary. She has given me the chance to recover, improving my posture and breathing techniques.
