Chair Yoga Feedback

I met Poppy when I was looking for private chair yoga classes via Zoom. I found Poppy to be a very capable teacher of chair yoga, who gives clear easy to follow instruction and use some of the class time for more detailed explanation of the yoga being taught, as well as its purpose is for me as an individual.

I started chair yoga due to an injury caused by a car accident some years ago, and that gave me pain and movement problems in my hip and back. I have seen improvement in flexibilty and mobility with the chair yoga classes with Poppy. I have continued to book classes with her for Soma Yoga, she explains the breathing exercises very clearly and my breathing is improving.
