Sixty minutes of power yoga with a gentle flow. Building core strength, movements and the practice of the breath.

Poppy’s expertise in yoga is also focused in helping different ages with physical abilities and work around health limitations. Poppy also provides energising chair yoga which is popular with the care homes she works with.
Poppy encourages her students to practice by finding what feels good for them and by listening to their body. She undertands how important it is to deliver yoga sessions safely, and effectively with clarity for everyone to enjoy all classes and benefits from. Her classes are a lot about restorative, alignment, as well as energizing, and relaxing.
